1. GASLINK NIGERIA LIMITED (GNL)

With over 165 blue-chip industrial customers like Cadbury Nigeria, Dangote Sugar, and Nigerian Breweries, Gaslink accounts for over 80% of Nigeria’s domestic gas distribution to industrial and commercial concerns. Gaslink was the pioneer subsidiary of Axxela and commenced operations with the development of the 10km Greater Lagos Pipeline. Today, this same pipeline has a network of over 160km.
2. CENTRAL HORIZON GAS COMPANY (CHGC)
The Central Horizon Gas Company is a major gas distribution company situated in the South-South region of Nigeria. This subsidiary operates a 17km pipeline and delivers natural gas to industrial, residential and commercial customers in PortHarcourt, and has operated for over seven years without Lost Time Injury (LTI).
3. GAS NETWORK SERVICES LIMITED (GNSL)
Among the list of energy companies in Nigeria that have shaped the Natural Gas Vehicle market is Gas Network Services Limited, Axxela’s pioneer foray into the compressed natural gas (CNG) sector. GNSL which began operating in 2013 delivers compressed natural gas as a primary or alternate fuel for industrial vehicles. While GNSL has its mother station located in Lagos, this subsidiary serves stranded customers outside its pipeline network using state of the art 95mscf/hr compressors to deliver CNG via tube trailers. Some clients include Chi Limited, Rite Foods Limited, Island Power Limited.
4. TRANSIT GAS NIGERIA LIMITED

This subsidiary which focuses on gas infrastructure development has made significant feats in reaching customers stranded in the North who have no access to traditional pipeline networks by developing virtual pipeline technology and small-scale LNG plants. Among its most recent projects include a 20MMSCFD small-scale LNG plant in Ajaokuta, an 18km pipeline from Ibefun to Ososa, another 12km pipeline to Celplas Industries FZE and other surrounding factories, as well as ongoing expansion projects to exciting pipeline networks in the region.
